When do I need to book the suits for my wedding?

The Men's suits are usually one of the last things that people book for their wedding. We  obviously realise, customers like to have an idea of styles & colours when booking other products (Bridesmaids Dresses,Flowers,Table Displays, Chair Covers etc) We therefore recommend calling into the store approximately 6/8 months prior to the wedding. If you then see the suits you require in store and are happy to proceed with the booking so you can  secure the sizes & styles for your self and your grooms man. 

When do we get the suits?

The Suits are usually available for collection from late on the Tuesday onwards prior to the wedding.

We need the suits for longer than one week, What can we do?

All our hire suits are charged for, per weekend hire. If the suits are required for a longer period a 1/2 price hire fee is charged.

When do we pay for the suits?

A £20.00 non refundable deposit is required for every person we measure, and the remaining balance is due at the latest 30 days before the wedding.

When is the final fitting?

We strongly recommend the final fitting is 4/5 weeks prior to the wedding to be sure your sizes have not changed. Should you not do this fitting, the fit of suits can not be guaranteed and a charge will be made for replacement garments.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I come for a fitting?

We like all customers to bring a white shirt with them as you do not try these on under health & hygiene. It would also be a good idea to bring with you similar shoes that they will be wearing on the day.

One of our Groomsman is unable to come for a fitting?

This is not a problem, sizes can be given via our Self Measurement Form or they can get measured in a local store to them. We do however recommend where possible getting everybody to the store to be measured by ourselves as to assure a perfect fit. (There is no guarantee of fit with self measurement)

What happens if we need to change an item?

In the unlikely event that something needs to be changed, providing we have at least 3 weeks notice, changes can be made free of charge. But once the outfit has been allocated or dispatched by our suppliers a fee may be payable.

When are the suits returned?

The suits must be returned the next working day following the wedding by 12 noon. Should they be returned late there my be a late return fee payable.

What happens if we accidentally damage an item?

An 'Accidental Damage Waiver' (ADW) is applied to all hire to cover the hirer against accidental damage to the value of £200.00.

It does NOT cover the wearer against malicious damage, lost or theft.

Will we have to leave a deposit for the suit hire?

Yes, the contract is with the GROOM, and for every wedding party hire the GROOM must leave a £200.00 deposit upon collection as security for the safe return of the suits and on time. When all the complete outfits are returned in a satisfactory condition the deposit is then refunded.
